How can you tell if a YouTube influencer giving business automation AI advice is trustworthy or legitimate?

I want to say: “business automation AI advice” did you consider that term? You might be better off selling button stickers and you don’t know what I mean! Maybe they’re honest if you have business experience but they are not that honest if you don’t.
